April Staff Picks!
Here’s what we’ve been ogling at Mass Street Music most recently. Some interesting stuff this month, check it out~
John Flynn – Boss RC-2 Looping Pedal
Easy to operate, great features, phenomenal practice tool, great price.

John likes this Boss Loop Station RC-2
Matthew Khomsi – DEFINITELY the new Eastman AC320 Mahogany/Rosewood Hybrid!!!!

Hey, how do they grow a tree like that?
Jason Jones – Dr. Z SRZ-65 Head
It is a super expressive amp with a full EQ compliment and enough gain to make any rocker proud. Crank it up and let her rip, or dial your guitar’s volume knob back for a super warm blues-y clean. Either way, you’re in good sonic hands with the SRZ-65.

Isaac Flynn – Bass Big Muff Pi
This takes the sound of the original Big Muff to the next level. Provides a great overdrive, and is great for recording and live purposes. Very sweet.

Isaac's fave
Matt Christenot – Potomac PV028
This is a lot of guitar for the buck. All solid wood, and it sounds as good or better than anything in its price range.

Potomac - vintage styling, low price
Anne Tangeman – Tennessee 12 String Bass
Well, this thing is ginormous. We’ve already pointed it out on the blog, and yeah, it still makes me laugh a little – but today I heard someone playing it, and it sounds very cool. If you have the fortitude to lift it, you’ll be surprised by the sounds this gives you – dark, beautiful and…you know….it’s a metallic green hollowbody.

The Tennessee 12 String Bass
Hey look! Our shop manager was inspired to throw in his two cents this month, so you know it’s gotta be pretty sweet:
Mike Horan – Eastman AR805
This is really cool Gibson/L5 inspired instrument with great finish work, big tone, and great sound. It’s a killer deal.
